Sarcopenia Online (Sarcopenia)

A sarcopenia é uma síndrome geriátrica caracterizada por baixa massa muscular associada à baixa força muscular e/ou baixo desempenho físico. Essa síndrome está associada com desfechos adversos como: incapacidade funcional (dependência), baixa qualidade de vida e risco de morte.
