Síndrome DRESS Online (Dress´s syndrome)

Reação de hipersensibilidade a drogas denominada reação a drogas com eosinofilia e sintomas sistêmicos (síndrome DRESS). A síndrome DRESS, caracterizada por erupção cutânea, alterações hematológicas, linfonodomegalia e lesões em órgão-alvo. É uma síndrome rara, cuja frequência varia conforme a droga utilizada e o estado imunológico do indivíduo, sendo mais associada ao uso de anticonvulsivantes.
